Wallflower Gone Wild by Maya Rodale
Could have been better buuut wasn’t so it’s given a 2 star rating 3 in my opinion would be too generous. I really tried to make it through this book but after she threw the fit about her husband missing her lame class ball because he had to fix the machine… THAT SHE BROKE!I decided to opt completely out on this one… if the author wanted to price to us that she was falsely given the nick name prissy missy well she did not succeed.
By the time of “the accident” I was hoping for Fin to drop Olivia at her parents front door and wash his hands of everything.
I understand that Olivia was an innocent but the author took her hysterics a bit too far for my patience. Their antics and nagging had me rolling my eyes so hard I found I was getting a headache. Mainly because of Fin’s character even though I did think he could have done a better job of explaining himself and not having him do so DIDN’T do any credit to the plot just dumbed it down… but Olivia and HER PARENTS definitely fell under the trope of too stupid to live.
This book could have been good but… Olivia (insert big sigh) I really wanted to like this book.
